A final returns policy is still being prepared. This page is a placeholder and does not create a right to return, exchange, or refund any product.

Before launch

We'll publish clear eligibility rules, time windows, condition requirements, and who covers return shipping. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be returnable once opened — that will be stated explicitly.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and a photo. We'll work out the next step once the final policy is in place.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank.
