This is a placeholder privacy policy, not legal advice. It must be reviewed and replaced before the store accepts real orders.
What we collect
When you create an account or place an order, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, shipping address, phone number, order contents, and account credentials. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout and are not stored by this store.
We also store a small amount of technical data needed to run the shop, such as your cart identifier and session cookie, plus basic server logs for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to provide accounts, process and fulfill orders, respond to messages, prevent abuse, and keep the store working. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email to send occasional shop updates.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the store, including Stripe for payments and Amazon SES for transactional email. Those providers process data under their own terms. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies
The store uses essential cookies for sign-in sessions and guest carts. The admin interface may store a language preference cookie. We do not currently use advertising cookies.
Retention and your choices
Order records are kept as needed for bookkeeping and support. You can ask us to update or delete account information, subject to legal and operational requirements. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe using the link in each email.
